| Tongue&Groove is an acoustic
quartet specializing in classic rock. We come to you from the college
town
of Athens, Georgia, home of some of the most diverse music
of our time. T&G has been performing consistently in the north
Georgia region since their formation in December 2001. One look at the T&G set list shows that we are dedicated to giving the audience a diverse and creative show that will touch fans of all ages. It is not uncommon for T&G to go from Peter Gabriel to the Beatles to Jimmy Buffet to Fleetwood Mac in the span of one set. We are constantly striving to incorporate timeless songs in the song list. With T&G, the memorable songs are what makes the show great. In addition, we attempt to find the quality songs that other groups may overlook. Tongue&Groove has been a success at many different types of venues. We have experience playing corporate functions,country clubs, private parties, receptions, college bars, lounges catering to older adults and outdoor festivals. T&G have always received positive crowd response and are often invited back. Tongue&Groove is committed to providing a quality listening experience for their audience. T&G's sound system is modern and more than adequate for small to mid-size venues. We are sensitive to the fact that our audience is there to have a good time while listening to good music. We want our audience to be able to hear us clearly and still be able to talk and party without having to shout to be heard. Please take a minute to look at our song list and bios.
